We currently have a Rs.100 standard shipping charge per order 🙂
We have currently disabled international shipping due to several reasons, however, reach out to us on enquiry.visaranaturals@gmail.com and we will check if we can ship the order out to you based on the delivery location and the products required.
Hell yeah! It’s all about decreasing our footprint as much as possible, through packaging, logistics and what’s in the box!
Please write to us on enquiry.visaranaturals@gmail.com to request a cancellation of your order within 24hours of placing the order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will try our best to cancel your order and process the refund amount as store credit to your wallet, however, once the order has been dispatched from our end we do not guarantee that the cancellation request would be fulfilled.Â
You will receive a text message soon after we dispatch your order with the tracking details. If you did not receive one, write to enquiry.visaranaturals@gmail.com to know your order status.
We do not offer a CoD payment method at the moment.
Due to personal care nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns and replacement requests for products. However, if you have received a damaged or a defective item, please raise a request within 10 days of receiving the order by emailing us on enquiry.visaranaturals@gmail.com and sending across relevant images of the items. We will resolve your issue in the best possible way.Â
